 Organisation
CESAR
is organised as a project organisation with a small core staff.
In addition, CESAR are recuting different national and international
experts that are associated in our initiatives.
CESAR's
projects are based on an integrated project administration principle
where the activities are sought to be complentary and cumulative
in approach.
CESAR
has particular competence within the following areas in combination
with facilitation:
Research
and development especially related to:
- Decision
Support System
- Integrated
water resource management and science
- Modelling
and systems analysis
- International
policy (and law) related to environmental and water resources
questions
- Water-
related technology
Financing
CESAR
has received project funding from the Norwegian Research Council,
the World Bank, and the United Nations as well as from the Norwegian
Government.
The
audit function is carried out by EN Revisjon AS Oslo, Certified
Auditor.
